California Foundation for Fiscal Responsibility

The California Foundation for Fiscal Responsibility (CFFR) is a 501(c)(4) that was formed in California in 2009. The focus of the group is reforming California's public employee retirement benefit system.[1]
CFFR supports a potential ballot initiative, which it is calling the California Public Employee Benefits Reform Initiative.
