The
California Professional Firefighters (CPF) is the largest statewide organization that fights for firefighters in California. It is one of the most influential public employee organizations in the nation with over 30,000 members and more than 175 local affiliates. The CPF is the official chartered council for the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF)which represents over 298,000 firefighters nationally. CPF services include governmental advocacy, political action, communicating information to the public and members, a wide array of membership services, and creating partnerships to meet organizational goals.
