California Proposition 3, Bonds for State Colleges (1968)

California Proposition 3 was on the November 5, 1968 ballot in California as a legislatively-referred bond act, where it was defeated.

If Proposition 3 had been approved, it would have provided for a bond issue of $250 million to provide capital for construction or improvement of facilities at California's state colleges.
