California Voter Guide is the name of a for-profit company that prepares, produces and mails campaign slate mailings to voters in California. The organization was founded in 1986. As they say on their website, "What started as a tool to maximize the campaign dollars of the campaigns they managed eventually grew into a mailing campaign of over 9 million pieces of mail each election year."
