Carl W. Metzgar (b. October 10, 1981) is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 69. He was first elected to the chamber in 2008.

Biography

Metzgar earned his B.S. in Political Science/Justice Studies from Frostburg State University in 2004 and his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2007. His professional experience includes working as an attorney for the Law Offices of Metzgar and Thatcher, Limited Liability Company.
