A Carlisle City Street Levy Addition measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the city of Carlisle which is in Clark County.

This measure sought to add to the current street levy by a rate of $.20 per $100 of assessed value for a continuing period of time in order to further pay for street improvements as needed in the city.[2]

An additional tax for the benefit of the City of New Carlisle for the purpose of repairing, improving and replacing streets at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.20 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
