Carmine Mowbray (b. February 9, 1953) is a former Republican member of the Montana State Senate, representing District 6 from her appointment in 2011 to 2013. Mowbray replaced John Brueggeman, who resigned just before the 2011 session began, citing work demands.

Mowbray received her AA and AS degrees from Flathead Valley Community College in 2006.

Mowbray worked as the co-owner of Newspress from 1989-200, co-owner of Lake County Leader from 1981-200, and co-owner of Western Publishing Company from 1976-1989.
