The question on the ballot:

The Board of Directors of Cascade School District No. 228 adopted Resolution No. 11/12-5, concerning a proposition to finance educational technology improvements. This proposition would authorize the District to acquire and install educational technology equipment and infrastructure and upgrade computers and telecommunication systems all to improve student access to technology, and provide related staff training; and levy the following excess taxes, upon all taxable property within the District: Collection Year: 2013-2014; Approximate Levy Rate per $1000 Assessed Value: $.42; Levy Amount: $836,000. All as provided in Resolution No. 11/12-5. Should this proposition be approved?[3]
