Cashmere School District Levy Measures, 2 (February 2011)

Two Cashmere School District Levy Measures were on the February 8, 2011 ballot in the Cashmere school district area which is in Chelan County.

Both measures were approved

The first measure sought to renew the current operations levy which is set at a rate of $3.79 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further three years in order to help pay for operation and maintenance costs of the school district.

The second measure sought to implement a levy of $.15 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a period of six years in order to make capital improvements to school facilities as needed.[1]
