Cathy Connolly (b. September 15, 1956) is a Democratic member of the Wyoming House of Representatives. She has represented District 13 since 2009. Starting in 2013, Connolly serves as State House Minority Caucus Leader.

Connolly earned her JD from the State University of New York in Buffalo in 1991. She went on to receive her PhD in Sociology in 1992.

Connolly has worked as a professor for the University of Wyoming since 1992.[1]

This program is "a partnership between the Gay and Lesbian Leadership Institute and the David Bohnett Foundation to send some of the country’s best and brightest LGBT elected and appointed officials and community leaders to the Kennedy School’s Senior Executives in State and Local Government program, one of the nation’s most prestigious executive training programs for public officials."[8]
