Cathy L. Toole is a Reform Party candidate for Mississippi Commissioner of Agriculture in the 2015 elections.[1] Toole is running to replace incumbent Cindy Hyde-Smith (R), who filed for re-election.

Toole was a 2011 Reform Party candidate for Mississippi Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce.[2] She finished behind Hyde-Smith and Democratic candidate Joel Gill in the general election.
