The question on the ballot:
|Shall a levy renewing $4,500,000 and providing an increase of $403,013 be imposed by the Celina City School District for the purpose of avoiding an operating deficit in the sum of $4,903,013 and a levy of taxes to be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average thirteen and three-tenths (13.3) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to one dollar and thirty-three cents ($1.33) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five (5) years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012?|
