The question on the ballot:
|A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Services District of Logan and Champaign Counties for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding seven-tenths (0.7) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to seven cents ($0.07) for each one hundred dollars of valuation for 5 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.|
