Elections
2012
Marshall won re-election in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 51. Marshall advanced unopposed in the May 8 primary election and won re-election in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
2010
Marshall was re-elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates District 44. She defeated Republicans Kevin Patrick Jr., Kevin Scott Poe, and Chris Walters and Democrat Stephen Lee Cook, Independent Paul Brown and Libertarian Tad Britch. Only the top four vote-getters were elected. She was one of ten candidates running for the four positions in District 44 on the ballot in the November 2, 2010 general election. She defeated Democrats Shelby Bosley and Charles William Byrer in the May 11 primary.Only the top four vote-getters were elected. [5][6][7]
