Charlene Marshall (b. September 17, 1933) is a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. She has represented District 51 since 2012 and represented District 44 from 2004 to 2012. Marshall served as Mayor of the City of Morgantown from 1991 to 1998. She then served in the West Virginia State House of Delegates from 1998 to 2004. She was re-elected to the West Virginia House in 2004 and has served as House Chaplain since.

Marshall is a data technician. Marshall attended Monongalia High School. [1]

Marshall won re-election in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 51. Marshall advanced unopposed in the May 8 primary election and won re-election in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]

2010

Marshall was re-elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates District 44. She defeated Republicans Kevin Patrick Jr., Kevin Scott Poe, and Chris Walters and Democrat Stephen Lee Cook, Independent Paul Brown and Libertarian Tad Britch. Only the top four vote-getters were elected. She was one of ten candidates running for the four positions in District 44 on the ballot in the November 2, 2010 general election. She defeated Democrats Shelby Bosley and Charles William Byrer in the May 11 primary.Only the top four vote-getters were elected. [5][6][7]
