Charles Lahn, Brian Boehnen and Harold Mulhern recall, Osseo-Fairchild, Wisconsin (2010)

A vote about whether to Recall Charles Lahn, Brian Boehnen and Harold Mulhern from their positions as members of the school board of the Osseo-Fairchild School District took place on November 2, 2010.

All three were ousted in the November 2 election.

The recall campaign was led by a group called "Restoring Education and Reason to the Osseo-Fairchild School Board."

Recall target Charles Lane ruled that the signatures that were submitted to trigger a recall election were invalid. Lane's decision was appealed to the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board, which said that he had overstepped his authority and ordered that the recall election take place.

Stacy Tanner, Phil Hazard and Patricia Matthews were elected to the seats made vacant by the recalls.
