Priest is a Dedimus Justice. He has previously been an Instructor in Legislation at the University of Maine School of Law, Assistant Director of Legislative Research for the Maine Legislature, and served in the United States Navy.
Priest is Chair of the Brunswick Sewer District, Augusta Conservation Commission, and the Brunswick Cable Television Committee.[1]
