Randall ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on June 12 and was defeated in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1][2]

Randall was a 2010 Democratic candidate for the District 104 in the South Carolina House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010, state legislative elections. He did not have any opposition in the June 8 primary. He was defeated by incumbent Tracy Edge (R) in the November 2 general election.[3]
