Siler is Director of the Williamsburg National Bank. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer for the Adantz Mental Health District from 1991-1994, and was in the United States Army from 1947-1972.
Siler is Finance Chair of the Veterans Nursing Homes of Kentucky, a member of Post 61 Whitley/McCreary Counties Chapter - Fraternal Order of Police, National Aide-de-Camp for Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), and a member of the National Rifle Association (NRA).[1]
