Contents |
Norr earned his GED from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and also attended the University of Maryland and the National Fire Academy. He served in the United States Navy from 1961-1965, has worked as a Captain/Firefighter in the Baltimore County Fire Department, and served in the United States Navy Reserves.
Norr is a member of Caring Communities, Heart of the West Side, Midtown Neighborhood Association, North Springfield Betterment Association, Urban Neighborhoods Alliance, Woodland Heights Neighborhood Association, and AFL-CIO Local 1311. He is married and has three children.[1]
