A Chatfield Township Road Tax Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Crawford County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the township of Chatfield to increase property taxes by 1.5 mills ($1.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund maintenance and improvement of the roads and streets in the township.[1]

An additional tax for the benefit of Chatfield Township for the purpose of road maintenance and improvement at a rate not exceeding 1.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.15 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[1]
