Glenn is Maryland Political Director/Lobbyist for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Council of Carpenters. She previously served as Field Representative/Lobbyist for the Baltimore Teachers Union, President of the City Union of Baltimore, and Personnel Officer in the Baltimore City Public School System.
