Chip Flanegan was a 2014 Republican candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Georgia.[1] He was defeated by incumbent Lynn Westmoreland in the Republican primary on May 20, 2014.[2]

He was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Georgia. Flanegan was defeated by incumbent Lynn A. Westmoreland in the Republican primary on July 31, 2012.[3]

Flanegan ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Georgia's 3rd District. Flanegan sought the nomination on the Republican ticket.[5] Candidates wishing to run were required to file by the signature filing deadline of May 25, 2012. The primary elections were held on July 31, 2012. Flanegan was defeated by incumbent Lynn A. Westmoreland in the Republican primary on July 31, 2012.[3]
