Chip Pearson is a Republican member of the Georgia State Senate. He served the 51st District from 2005 to 2011. Pearson did not seek re-election in 2010.

Pearson is a past member of the State Executive Committee of the Georgia Republican Party. He is also past Chair of the Dawson County Republican Party.

Pearson is Founder/President/CEO of Pecos Incorporated and Paramount Grading Company. He is currently a Licensed Pilot as well.

Pearson is a graduate of Shorter College.
