Chris Kelly is a Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 24 from 2009 to 2013, and District 45 since January 7, 2013. In the 2013 session, Kelly serves as Minority Caucus Vice Chair.

Kelly served as an Associate Court Judge on the 13th Judicial District from 2000-2006, was Chairman of the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission from 1994-2000, and was County Director/Director of the Central Missouri Counties' Human Development Corporation from 1972-1977.

He earned his JD from the University of Missouri and BA from Marist College. He is a member of the American Whitewater Association, Columbia Rotary Club, Missouri Whitewater Association, and Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. [1]

Kelly won re-election in the 2012 election for Missouri House of Representatives, District 45. Kelly ran unopposed in the August 7 Democratic primary and ran unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
