Chris Kelly is a Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 45. He was first elected to the chamber in 2008. In the 2013 session, Kelly serves as Minority Caucus Vice Chair.

Biography

Kelly earned his B.A. from Marist College and J.D. from the University of Missouri. His professional experience includes serving as an Associate Court Judge in the 13th Judicial District from 2000 to 2006, Chairman of the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission from 1994 to 2000, and County Director/Director of the Central Missouri Counties' Human Development Corporation from 1972 to 1977.[1]
