Sinicki served as a delegate to the Electoral College in 2000 and was on the Milwaukee School Board from 1991-1998.
She is a member of a number of organizations, including the American Council of Young Political Leaders, Steering Committee - Healthier Communities, Milwaukee City Council Parents and Teachers Association, and sits on the Board of Directors of Wisconsin Women in Government.[1]

Sinicki won re-election in the 2012 election for Wisconsin State Assembly District 20. Sinicki ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on August 14 and defeated Molly McGartland (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2]
