Measure T: "Shall the Charter of the City of Alameda be amended to provide that Council may determine when City offices are to be open for business? Such amendment will be accomplished by amending Article XXII Sec. 8 of said Charter, as fully set forth in Resolution No. 14252 of the Council of the City of Alameda."[1]
