City of Albany bonds, Measure C (November 2006)
A City of Albany bonds, Measure C ballot proposition was on the November 7, 2006 ballot in the City of Albany in Alameda County, where it was approved.
The ballot question was, "To improve Albany's fire safety and emergency response capability by renovating and expanding the Fire Station to better accommodate emergency equipment and personnel; to better serve the community during and after an emergency by constructing an Emergency Operations Center at the Fire/Police complex; and to add sustainable building features to the Fire/Police/Civic Center complex; shall the City issue $5 million in general obligation bonds, with moneys used only for these purposes?"
