A City of Berkeley Libraries bond proposition, Measure FF ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of Berkeley in Alameda County, where it was approved.

Measure FF authorized the City of Berkeley to borrow $26 million in order to have the funds to "renovate, expand, and make seismic and access improvements at four neighborhood branch libraries, but not the Central Library."

A 2/3rds supermajority vote was required for approval.
