A City of Berkeley Rules for Local Redistricting, Measure II ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of Berkeley in Alameda County, where it was approved.

Measure II amended the Berkeley City Charter to give the City until December 31st of the third year following each decennial census to adopt new council districts that are as nearly equal in population as feasible.
