City of Berkeley Voter Approval of Bus-Only Lanes, Measure KK (November 2008)
If Measure KK had been approved, it would have required that every time the Berkeley City Council wanted to make a street lane change, it would have had to put the proposed change on the ballot for citywide voter approval.
- These final election results are from the Alameda County elections office.
The question on the ballot:
|Measure KK: "Shall the initiative ordinance Requiring Voter Approval of Exclusive Transit-Only and HOV/Bus-Only Lanes be adopted?"|
