A City of Forest Park electric aggregation proposal was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Hamilton County, Ohio, where it was defeated.[1]

This measure would have given residents an option for electric aggregation.

Text of the Measure

Language on the ballot:

Shall the City of Forest Park have the authority to aggregate the retail electric loads located in the City of Forest Park, and

for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of electricity, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?[1][2]
