City of La Habra Heights Appropriations Limit, Measure LHH-A (March 2013)
Measure A allows the city to continue to spend the full proceeds of the city's existing parcel tax that funds fire safety and emergency medical services. Measure A does not raise any taxes. If Measure A had been rejected, the parcel tax would have stayed the same, but the city would not have been allowed to spend all the revenue it receives from the tax.
