A City of Martinez Bond Measure H was on the November 4, 2008 ballot in Contra Costa County, California.

In order to pass, at least 2/3rds of those voting in the election had to vote "yes".

The ballot question asked whether voters are willing to authorize $30 million in general obligation bonds to "repair, renovate and make needed safety improvements to neighborhood parks, playgrounds, sporting fields, and the replacement of Rankin Pool; renovate and expand the Martinez Library with a designated children's area; provide youth recreational opportunities; and improve disabled access to parks and libraries."

This measure was approved with 68.39% of the vote.
