A City of Moorpark Low-Rent Housing Development, Measure O ballot question was on the November 6, 2012 ballot for voters in the City of Moorpark in Ventura County, where it was defeated.

If Measure O had been approved, the City of Moorpark would have been authorized "to develop, construct, or acquire up to a maximum of two hundred (200) low rent housing units, affordable to persons of low income, in the City of Moorpark over a ten (10)-year period."
