City of Pacific Grove Building Height Restrictions, Measure F (November 2012)
If Measure F had been approved, it would have regulated the height of buildings in the city's C-1-T District. This district is "the Holman Block bounded by Lighthouse Avenue, Grand Avenue, Central Avenue and Fountain Avenue."
Buildings in this area would have been allowed "a maximum height of 75 feet and 100 percent site coverage." The building height restrictions envisioned by Measure F "shall apply only to a project application submitted to the City on or before December 31, 2017."
A simple majority vote was required for approval.
