A City of Pinole Term Limits, Measure N ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of Pinole in Contra Costa County, California, where it was approved.

Measure N imposed term limits on members of the Pinole City Council of a maximum of three successive terms in office. After a two year break from office, a person is eligible to run once again.

Measure N: "Shall an ordinance be adopted to enact term limits upon members of the Pinole City Council, preventing any person who serves three (3) successive terms from serving again until an intervening period of two (2) years has elapsed?"[1]
