City of Pittsburg Urban Limit Line, Measure I (November 2011)
Measure I amends Pittsburg's General Plan to include approximately 193.60 acres in City's southeast area within the Urban Limit Line. It prezones the land within the amended Urban Limit Line to a combination of single family residential, high density residential and general industrial and allows for over three dwelling units an acre in the residential development south of Buchanan Road.
The land in question is a former petroleum tank farm that is west of Buchanan and Somersville roads. It is owned by West Coast Homebuilders, an affiliate of A.D. Seeno Construction.
- These are the final, certified election results from the Contra Costa County elections office.
