The City of Sisters Annexation, Measure 9-74 appeared on the November 3 ballot in Deschutes County.
The measure sought to expand the City of Sisters by 4.0 acres, adding land that lies currently northeast of their waste water treatment facility. The land would be zoned as public facility land and used by the fire department for training.[1]
