A City of South Pasadena Redevelopment Plan, Measure SP ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of South Pasadena in Los Angeles County, California, where it was approved.

Ordinance 2174, the subject of Measure SP, was passed by the City Council to amend the Amended Redevelopment Plan for Downtown Revitalization Redevelopment Project No. 1 to clarify an ambiguity in the Plan. The Plan was originally amended and adopted on November 3, 1976. The purpose of the Plan amendment was to clarify that commercial and residential uses, which are part of a mixed-use development, are permitted within the project area.
