A City of Ukiah Appointed City Treasurer, Measure D ballot question was on the June 5, 2012 ballot for voters in the City of Ukiah in Mendocino County, where it was defeated.

If Measure D had been approved, the city would have appointed people to fill the role of city treasurer rather than continuing to elect people to fill that role.

A simple majority was required for approval.
