A City of Yorba Linda Eminent Domain Act, Measure BB ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of Yorba Linda in Orange County, California, where it was overwhelmingly approved.[1]

Measure BB says that the City of Yorba Linda is prohibited from using the power of eminent domain to take private property from property owners in the city in any situation where that private property will be handed over for private economic development purposes?"[2]
