A Claibourne Township Electric Aggregation question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Union County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the Township of Claibourne to aggregate the electricity services of the Township. The aggregation would occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out.[1]

Shall the Claibourne Township Trustees have authority to aggregate the retail electric loads located in the Claibourne Township, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of electricity, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?[1]
