Ingram teaches and coaches football at Tate High School in Pensacola. He served as chairman of the First Congressional District Republican Party Caucus in 2007 and as chair of the Escambia County Republican Executive Committee from 2005 to 2008. Ingram received a bachelor's degree in General Communications from Florida State University, where he also played football.
