The question on the ballot:

Shall the Village of Claycomo increase the tax levy ceiling from $.33 to $.60 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation for general municipal purposes as allowed by the Missouri Constitution Article 10, Section 11B? This will allow the general fund tax rate to be set yearly as needed for budget purposes up to $.60[3]
