Clayton Walker was a 2014 Independent candidate seeking election to the U.S. Senate from South Dakota.[1] He did not appear on the general election ballot because a judge found that "nearly half the signatures on nominating petitions Walker submitted were invalid."[2]

He was a Democratic candidate for the District 7 in the South Dakota House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010, state legislative elections.

Walker ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. Senate, to represent South Dakota. He did not appear on the general election ballot.[2]


Walker was defeated in the June 8 Democratic primary by Spencer Hawley and Harold Widvey.[3]
