Two Cle Elum/Rosyln School District 404 Tax Levy Replacement proposition were approved on the February 12, 2013 election ballot in Kittitas County, which is in Washington.

The first proposition authorized the Cle Elum-Roslyn School District to impose a property tax levy replaement of $2.22 million per year for three years in order to fund the maintenance and operation of the District. See below for the estimated millage rate for this tax each year.

The second proposition authorized the Cle Elum-Roslyn District to impose a replacement property tax levy of $2 million per year for three years in order to fund improve health and safety in existing shcool facilities, acquire educational techology equipment and other capital improvements. See below for the estimated millage rate for each year of the tax.[1]

The Board of Directors of Cle Elum-Roslyn School District No. 404 adopted Resolution No. 12-12-1, concerning a proposition to finance educational programs, maintenance and operation expenses. This proposition would authorize the District to levy the following excess taxes, in place of an expiring levy, on all taxable property within the District, for support of the District's General Fund educational programs, maintenance and operation expenses:
