Clearview School District Levy Measures, 2 (November 2010)

Two Clearview School District Levy Measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the Clearview school district area, which is in Lorain County.

Both measures were approved

The first measure sought to renew the current emergency school property tax which is set at a rate of $.39 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to help provide for emergency requirements as needed by the school district.

  • YES 951 (59.51%) Approveda
  • NO 647 (40.49%)

The second measure sought to add to the current improvement school property tax by a rate of $.10 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to help upgrade technology, improve school sites and acquire new textbooks in the school district.[1]

  • YES 822 (51.6%) Approveda
  • NO 771 (48.4%)[2]
