Bissonnette won re-election in the 2012 election for Vermont House of Representatives Chittenden 6-7. Bissonnette was unopposed in the August 28 Democratic primary and was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]

Bissonnette ran for re-election to the Chittenden 3-6 District in 2010. He and Kenneth Atkins (D) both won re-election in the general election on November 2, 2010.[3]
