Clever Reorganized School District Bond Issue question was approved on the April 2, 2013 election ballot in Stone and Christian Counties, which are in Missouri.

This measure authorized the Clever Reorganized School District to increase its debt by $2.3 million through issuing general obligation bonds in that amount for the sake of construction, renovation, repair and improvement projects. This bond measure would result in the debt service levy remaining unchanged at a rate of $0.8797 per $100.[1]

Text of the question:

Shall Clever Reorganized School District No. R-V of Christian County, Missouri borrow money in the amount of $2,300,000 for the purpose of constructing a new FEMA shelter/cafeteria on the EleMiddle campus and a new softball field on the High School campus, renovating, repairing, and improving existing school buildings and facilities and furnishing and equipping the same and issue bonds for the payment thereof resulting in no increased to the debt service levy? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the District is estimated to remain unchanged at $0.8797 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and personal property.
