Clift Tsuji is a Democratic member of the Hawaii House of Representatives, representing District 2. He was first elected to the chamber in 2004.

Biography

Tsuji's professional experience includes serving as Vice President of the Hilo Candy Company from 2003-2004, Senior Vice President of Central Pacific Bank from 1969-2003, and Program Director for KIPA Radio from 1966-1969.[1]

Tsuji won re-election in the 2012 election for Hawaii House of Representatives District 2. He ran unopposed in the August 11 Democratic primary and ran unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2]

2010

Tsuji won re-election to the 3rd District Seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. Tsuji defeated Tania Cortez-Camero (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[3]

On November 4, 2008, Tsuji won re-election to the Hawaii House of Representatives from Hawaii's 3rd District, defeating Deirdre Tavares (R). Tsuji received 7,958 votes in the election while Tavares received 1,413 votes.[4] Tsuji raised $66,494 for his campaign; Tavares raised $3,986.[5]
